Honey BeesThe following are individuals, bee associations, bee friendly groups and businesses, that have contributed financially to the National Honey Bee Day program. Participation in the National Honey Bee Day program is 100% free to all groups. With any such efforts as the NHBAD and National Honey Bee Day event, there are associated costs. Some of these costs are maintaining and updating the website, marketing, advertising, etc.

The National Honey Bee Day program is committed to being a grassroots effort, maintained and completely run by beekeepers, for the benefit and promotion of honey bees and beekeeping. Any proceeds collected beyond what is needed to cover the actual costs, will be spent in promoting beekeeping.

Those sponsoring the National Honey Bee Day program should be commended for their contributions and willingness to see the benefits of their participation, and their willingness to support such efforts. We ask that you support not just those listed here, but those organizations that run annual National Honey Bee Day programs locally in support of the event. Please say “Thank You” if ever given the chance in person. They are making a difference in the bee industry that benefits every beekeeper across the country.

We are not being bashful in letting everyone know we need your support. The National Honey Bee Day is not focused on raising millions for research, or marketing honey. It is about beekeepers coming together to promote, and expand the beekeeping industry by educating the public. To grow this effort, make posters and fliers available as many have requested, and market beekeeping across the country, takes sponsors. And if you can contribute in other ways, such as with printing, with print material, advertising or promotional materials, please let us know. Thank you!

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
